Jeff: Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at this SeaSucker Large Dry Box. Now, this dry box is designed to keep your cell phone, your wallet, your keys and other small items safe and dry on your boat. And this also will replace the dry box that comes on the SeaSucker Four Cup Holder. That Four Cup Holder part number is 302-5326 and it does come with this dry box so if you need to replace it, this would be the one.

That item is sold separately on our website.This is a nice high impact ABS construction, has a nice sealed room around the lid to help keep any water out. If you notice on the lid, it has an extra raised section all the way around and then on the bottom here, it has a groove with a foam seal in there. So you can see when you go to close it, it actually doesn't completely close. If you push down on that foam seal and then lock it, then it'll give you the seal. It does have a waterproof rating of 80 feet for 30 minutes and it is a lockable lid when you close it and latch it.

Right here, the two holes line up on the top and the bottom. It's the lid top and then the bottom portion and it's a three sixteenth's diameter hole that you could put a small padlock through there.On the hinge itself right back here, it uses stainless steel pins in the hinge. And as you can see, it's a nice, clear, hard plastic construction so it'll let you see the contents on the inside without opening the lid. It does include this nice nylon cord for easy transport and this part is made in the USA.I'm going to give you a few specs on this. We're going to do the outside dimensions and the inside dimensions.

The weight on this is only about one pound so the outside dimension length, one into the other, is right at eight and a quarter inches long. The width is right at four and a half inches wide, and the height is four inches tall. If we open it up, the inside dimension length is seven and three quarter inches long, four inches wide and three and a half inches tall. And again, you just close it, latch it, but that should do it for the review on the SeaSucker Large Dry Box.
